An electric storm. An ocean horizon. The view from a mountain peak. Nature has the power to profoundly influence us all. And PALU, first and foremost, pays tribute to the majesty of the world around us. Sourcing fine natural fibres from the free-grazing goats of Inner Mongolia and creating high-quality cashmere products for a life spent in the elements, our mission is to celebrate cashmere’s capability as a performance fibre and develop technology to push that performance further. And nature drives every single thing we do.
Drawing on two thousand years of nomadic herding tradition, several hundred years of Italian cashmere knitwear craftsmanship, we’re now looking to the future. We believe cashmere is about so much more than mere luxury. We’re passionate about its powers to protect and insulate. We’ve found inspiration in its use by adventurers throughout the ages and we’ve experienced its outdoor performance capability first-hand.
So now we’re paying tribute to the past while re-drawing the boundaries, making cashmere that is not just soft and supple – but intelligent and technically functional too. And when you’re next standing in awe of the great wonders of nature, remember that our promise is this:
